REQUESTS THAT MUST BE FULFILLED WITH A PROAP/PPGCC RESOURCE MUST BE MADE AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS IN ADVANCE.

DEADLINES FOR 2023:

  • Requests in general - Until August 30, 2023 (probable date)
  • Per diems and Tickets - Until August 10, 2023 (probable date)

PROPESP Rules - Request for National and International Tickets

RESOLUTION No. 1,488, OF JANUARY 14, 2020

Provides for the procedures for removal from the headquarters and the country and the granting of per diems and tickets on national and international trips, on business, within the scope of the Federal University of Pará.

Each day of travel must be justified and evidence duly presented in the Travel Report.

LISTS OF DOCUMENTATION FOR REQUEST PROAP 2023.

Request via SIPAC to the Program Secretariat, containing the following data:

  • Subject of the Process: 919.1 - PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS PROMOTED AND HELD BY OTHER INSTITUTIONS.
  • Official letter with full name, registration number SIAPE, Bank Details and the Public Notice (if PROAP or other).
  • 1. EVALUATION AND REQUEST FOR PROAP 2023 AID.
  • 1.1. Proposals will be evaluated by each postgraduate program.
  • 1.2. After approval of the application, the postgraduate program will forward to PROPESP,
  • via the process at SIPAC, the request for Financial Aid, adding the following to the process
  • documents:
  • a) Financial Aid Form (from the PROPESP website) with event data and data
  • applicant's bank details;
  • b) Copy of the Abstract of the work to be presented at the event (Exclusively Abstract);
  • c) Proof of acceptance of the work for presentation at the event;
  • d) Document publicizing the event or URL of the event page on the internet;
  • e) The 1st page of the publication of 2 scientific papers published in the last two years;
  • f) Copy of this notice.
  • Send the process via SIPAC to the address 11.34.11 PPGCC

 

TEACHERS - REGISTRATION IN SCIENTIFIC EVENTS

  • Letter from the professor to the PPGCC requesting payment of the registration fee
  • Event schedule
  • Teacher registration form for the event
  • Acceptance letter of the approved article
  • Copy of approved article
  • Event Qualis Proof
  • Event data for payment via NOTE OF COMMITMENT
  • Registration and bank details for issuing commitments
  • For later reporting:
    • Certificate of participation in the event
    • Invoice issued by the event

STUDENTS - REGISTRATION IN SCIENTIFIC EVENTS

  • Official letter from the student's advisor to the PPGCC requesting payment of the registration fee
  • Event schedule
  • Student registration form for the event
  • Acceptance letter of the approved article
  • Copy of approved article
  • Event Qualis Proof
  • Student bond statement issued directly at SIGAA
  • Event data for payment via NOTE OF COMMITMENT
  • Registration and bank details for issuing commitments
  • Justification
  • For later reporting:
    • Certificate of participation in the event;
    • Invoice issued by the event.

TEACHERS - PERMITS FOR PARTICIPATION IN A SCIENTIFIC EVENT

  • Letter from the teacher to the PPGCC requesting the payment of per diems
  • Event schedule
  • Permit and/or ticket request form, model available on the PROPESP website
  • Acceptance letter of the approved article
  • Event Qualis Proof
  • Copy of airline tickets
  • Proof of registration for the event
  • Copy of approved article
  • Justification explaining the reason for the request
  • For later reporting:
    • Certificate of participation in the event
    • Invoice issued by the event
    • Trip report available on the SCDP/UFPA website
    • Copy of boarding pass for return flights

STUDENTS - FINANCIAL AID TO STUDENTS

  • Official letter from the student's advisor to the PPGCC requesting payment of the financial aid
  • Event schedule
  • Financial aid form, model available on the SCDP UFPA website
  • Acceptance letter of the approved article
  • Event Qualis Proof
  • Student bond statement issued directly at SIGAA
  • Proof of registration for the event
  • Copy of approved article
  • Justification explaining the reason for the request
